TERMS OF SERVICE AND USE : 

• All products and services offered to You (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, or “User”) by BR And Sons and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries, associates and partners (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Us” or “Our” or “Company”) through its web-portal brandsons.com , and any other platform (including any mobile application) and including products and/or services offered through any offline mechanism, as offered and sold by the Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) are subject to the terms of use and service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) as specified herein. In these Terms, any reference to any subject matter on or through the Platform shall include reference to such subject matter in any offline manner by the Company.

  These Terms, as updated or modified from time to time, constitute an agreement between You and the Company and shall govern the relationship between You and Company with respect to Platform and Products (as defined hereinafter). You must read, understand and agree to, and be bound by, the Terms for purchasing the Products. You must not access the Platform and/or purchase the Products (including through any offline mechanism), in any manner, in case You do not expressly accept these Terms in their entirety. Your access to the Platform and/ or purchasing the Products shall be rendered as You have expressly agreed to these Terms.

   1. Agreement:

  • The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Other Terms form a binding agreement between You and the Company (BR & Sons).
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. It is the user's responsibility to check for updates and agree to the new terms.
  • If you continue to use the platform after an update, it's assumed you've accepted the new terms.

  2. Product Information:

  • Products may be updated without prior notice, and colors or textures may vary due to screen specifications. The Company does not guarantee precise colors or textures.
  • Orders are typically prepaid, and the Company reserves the right to cancel any orders, offering refunds for cancelled products.
  • Some products may come with a warranty for manufacturing defects, but this varies and will be specified on the platform.

  3. Product Liability Disclaimer:

  • Products cannot be used for unlawful purposes, and the Company disclaims liability for damages or misuse of the product.
  • Employees' oral or written statements do not constitute warranties unless explicitly stated.
  • If parts of the disclaimer are found to be void or unenforceable, they will be replaced with valid provisions, keeping the remainder intact.
  • The terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes being resolved in Indian courts.

  4. Packaging, Shipping & Delivery:

  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed post-confirmation unless approved by the Company.
  • Delivery fees and special packaging costs are borne by the buyer.
  • The Company is only responsible for curbside delivery; any handling beyond that is the buyer's responsibility.
  • Delivery times are estimates, and the Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  5. Exchange and Return:

  • Returns or exchanges are only allowed if products are defective or damaged.
  • Users must inspect the product upon delivery, document the unboxing, and report any issues within 7 - 10 days, along with videos or photographs.
  • The Company will investigate claims of damage or defects and may request additional information.
  • Exchanges are at the Company’s discretion, and if an exchange isn’t possible, the Company may permit a return.
  • No exchanges or returns are accepted for reasons other than defects or damage, and original packaging must be used for returns.

  6. Cancellation:

  • Cancellations are not accepted once an order is confirmed.
  • If delivery is refused, any advance payment made by the buyer may be forfeited.

  7. Payments:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to begin production.
  • The full payment must be made before dispatch.
