- Once your order is confirmed on the BR & Sons platform, you will receive an estimated delivery date on the order confirmation page.
- Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, certain factors such as product availability, destination, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timelines.
- While we generally rely on our Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to handle shipping ourselves without external assistance when needed.
2. Delivery Locations
- Availability: While we aim to deliver across most locations, some remote areas may be inaccessible. If your location is in such an area, we will notify you during the order process.
- You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on the BR & Sons platform.
3. Delivery Information & Accuracy
- To ensure timely and accurate delivery, we may collect information such as your name, billing address, and shipping details.
- It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information.
- If incorrect details are provided, resulting in a failed delivery, we will not be held liable, and any costs associated with re-delivery or cancellation may be deducted from your refund.
4. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our Logistic Partners will attempt to deliver your package within the stipulated timeline.
- If delivery fails due to the recipient being unreachable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the product to our facility.
- In such cases, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any refunds.
5. Delays in Delivery
While we aim to meet delivery deadlines, certain situations may cause unexpected delays, including but not limited to:
- Logistical challenges beyond our control
- Weather conditions (storms, heavy rainfall, etc.)
- Political disruptions
- Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or phone. Please note that we are not liable for any claims arising from delivery delays.
6. Delivery Executives
- You acknowledge that BR & Sons has no control over the actions of delivery personnel.
- While we select reputable Logistic Partners, we cannot monitor every delivery executive's actions.
7. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been handed over to the Logistic Partner, you will receive a tracking ID via email.
- This tracking ID allows you to monitor your shipment’s status and progress.
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees may apply depending on factors such as:
- Item value
- Type of product
- Destination
- Payment method
- These charges will be communicated during checkout.
- We may collect transit and delivery fees through our Logistic Partners for the services rendered.
